The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, created in 1998 by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), quantifies the environmental measures taken in building construction projects using a point system, ensuring more sustainable design. The measurement system takes into account the use of sustainable resources, conservation of non-sustainable resources, and the reduction of pollutants.

At ACISSA, we have trained personnel to determine the target certification level a project can achieve based on the client's economic and sustainability goals.
Once identified, the team will hold roundtable discussions with stakeholders to assign roles and establish strategies, as well as the necessary certification criteria. ACISSA will work collaboratively to complete the registration process from start to finish.
